Hello, and thank you very much for taking the time to give us some valuable feedback. I'm delighted that you seem generally happy with the level of care and service in the ward, and I will feed this back to the team - it's great for morale when our hard work is recognised - and even better when it is acknowledged by the patients on the ward.
