"Waited no time at all."

I saw my GP on Thursday 2 August who told me she would refer me urgently to East Surrey Hospital to have a mole checked.

The following morning I received a phone call from the hospital to ask if I'd like to attend on Monday 6 August, to which I agreed.

The waiting area in the hospital was very bright and clean and the check-in process was quick and easy.

I was seen promptly and, after an examination, I was assured that there was nothing to worry about.

The doctor was very pleasant and personable and I felt very relaxed.

From start to finish this was a really excellent service so thank you East Surrey. :)
