"EGH Day Surgery Unit"

I attended the Day Surgery Unit at Epsom General Hospital to have injections in my spine.

I was initially concerned about having a procedure on my spine, but I was welcomed with a reassuring smile.

From the moment I arrived at reception, to sitting in the waiting room, from going onto the ward, and then into theatre; every single member of staff was cheerful, caring and great at listening...especially with regards to me talking about my many 'new naw' stories!

I cannot fault the staff, they were ALL exceptional.
