"Absolutely professional and extremely accommodating"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Oral Surgery & Medicine

(as the patient),

Now coming to the end of what has been a phenomenal success with the Orthodontics team at Wishaw General managing to perform something I had never thought possible - straightening my teeth in an overcrowded mouth. Miss Thomas, who I had been referred to, was brilliant from the outset, talking through the options before commencing what was a short near-three years of treatment with jaw surgery around the middle.

Absolutely professional and extremely accommodating to try and fit appointments around my work schedule, and always joy to visit and talk to! Quite simply a fantastic woman who is a true credit to her profession. Not to forget her regular helping hands, Mandy and Sarah, both of whom were equally welcoming and made the whole experience a pleasure. In addition the other orthodontists (Miss McKinnon in particular) and nurses (such as Suzanne) along with the staff at the desk were all fantastic to deal with, making me feel like I was more a friend than a patient!

It should have felt like a marathon, but each and every one made the experience a joy!
