"The whole unit should be so proud of the service"

I attended the department yesterday for an upper endoscopy. after a night of no sleep with fear due to my previous recall of having it done many years ago. well I have to say the staff in the unit where second to non and should be so proud of the service they are given the patients. the nurse who cared for me was so caring and attentive she deserved 100 out of a 100 the ward sister who preformed the procedure was so gentle and talk me through the whole thing I think the whole unit should be so proud of the service they are given. the procedure which has aways been a memory of pure fear is something I would have no worries about having repeated. to the staff keep up the good work you all deserve a medal,
