"Good staff are a treasure"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was in day surgery in late November 2018, then again 2 weeks later in December 2018.   I was amazed that the staff on my return visit remembered me from my first visit - particularly Angela, Jennifer and Laura.   Good staff are a treasure and its good that staff tune in, care and take notice.
