(as a service user),

Attended A& E/Gdocs recently with stabbing pain from an ear infection. Was seen for triage within 10 minutes, then seen by Doctor 20 minutes later for treatment.   From triage nurse to Doctor to reception staff - were all very caring and helpful and I couldn't believe we were seen so quickly which was such a relief being in so much pain.
