(as a service user),

One Recovery (Sandie) have been very supportive. - Encouraging in seeing the good in me and my positive traits. Good relationship.

When I first came for my assessment it took some time for me to be allocated a key worker and had to make a few phone calls.

Acupuncture classes have been cancelled or re-arranged without being notified (had to change work arrangements)

Thanks for taking the time out to give us your valuable feedback. I am so pleased to hear that you have felt supported by Sandie and have managed to build such a positive relationship, I will ensure she hears your feedback.

I am not sure why you had to wait to be allocated a key worker initially, if you ask Sandie to pass on your details or you yourself get in touch with me directly, I can look into this, as it is not what we would expect.

Sorry to hear that acupuncture has been cancelled, I will look into why. We had a period were we needed more staff trained which we have now, so hopefully this shouldn't be a problem in the future.
