Thank you very much for taking the time to speak to our volunteer and provide this valuable feedback.

I see that you feel quite positively around the care staff and the nurses and feel that we did well in helping you with your plans for the future. The staff will all appreciate this positive feedback.

It appears, however, that we could be doing better with regards taking time to explain things.

I noticed that you felt slightly unhappy with your room, also. There is a mix on A11, as there is on all of the wards in FVRH, of 4 bedded bays and single siderooms. There will be times when staff will need to nurse people in specific areas due to a clinical need, however we will always do our best to accommodate personal preference, when we can. I'm sorry if this didn't happen with you.

We always do our best to make sure people have a positive experience on A11 and your feedback will help us to improve the service we provide.

Thank you again.
