(as a service user),

Dear Sirs/ Madams,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the Doctors, Nurses and other Staff for displaying the highest standards in the way they looked after me during my four days stay.

They displayed enormous patience, care and dedication in carrying out their work with me and other Patients in the Wards.

I have to return at a later date for an operation on my Prostate and have been extremely anxious.

The Doctors and Nursing Staff have helped relieve me of a lot of that anxiety and I am now looking forward to having the operation.

Many thanks, particularly to Staff of AMU, Kingsfold and Hazel Ward..
