"Time, care and attention"

I visited the clinic to get some help with my hearing aids. The clinic was for repairs only but I needed a little extra help, support and advice. I was so lucky to see a lovely lady called Anne. She had so much time for me and was extremely helpful. She made me feel at ease and I knew I was getting the help that I needed. I came away from speaking to her feeling more confident about wearing my hearing aids and caring for them on my own. She was a delight. Thank you so much for your time, care and attention, it was truly appreciated.
