"I had a lucky Escape"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I was involved in a RTC. I flipped my car completely into a ditch, but got out unhurt, apart from neck pain. An ambulance arrived when we were dealing with the wreck, I don't know if somebody called them or if they were just passing but they were phenomenal. They checked me over and decided to take me to East Surrey, whilst discussing every action they made. Back at the hospital, the team of doctors and nurses were incredible, so compassionate and thorough. I thankfully had a lucky escape. Thank you to the whole team, you are truly angels.
