I am not normally one to leave reviews however I felt like this needed to be done to put people at ease that are reading up before their appointment - like I did. From the minute I walked in to BPAS Chester, i felt in safe hands. The welcome was warm, and although the wait was rather long, the television in the background and multiple things to read around the room made the wait not so boring at all. Every single member of staff that I spoke to were extremely helpful and happy, and even the ones that I saw just passing looked cheerful. Although I went to the appointment on my own, they made me feel like I wasn’t alone at all. Everything was so clean and professional, I can’t thank the surgeon enough (I was that panicked I forgot everyone’s name) for how she made me feel during the whole process and to all of the staff that were in recovery, who were very attentive and so so lovely.

Honestly this place deserves more than 5*.. to the lovely gentlemen on the front desk to the nurses in surgery, i can’t thank you all enough for helping me through it all.
