Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback of your experiences of West Point Medical Centre by way of the NHS website, I'm very grateful.

I am, of course, very sorry to hear that we have not achieved the standards to which we strive to on this occasion as it is always our intention to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.

In order that I'm fully able to understand and investigate your concerns, and the circumstances in which they arose, I would be very grateful for you to contact me directly as I will be very happy to arrange an appointment to speak with you by telephone, or meet with you at the surgery, on a date and at a time that will be most convenient to you.
