Life Rooms is a Godsend and has allowed me to find coping strategies and support to deal with my own mental heath issues in a community setting. I have learnt good coping techniques, had easy access to support workers and Pathways Advisers and been able to spend time with other fellow strugglers in a safe environment.

Thank you for you feedback and we are delighted that your experience of the Life Rooms has been so positive. We are very proud of the developing model of social health that Mersey Care is committed to providing across our region. In the last 3 years we have developed 3 Life Room services and we hope to further develop the model and increase the location through which we operate.

The Life Rooms provide a safe and welcoming space to meet other access opportunities and learn about community resources. At the Life Rooms we will work with you on what ever your next steps may be, and we will always assume it is possible.

The services include;
