I visited in the first week of April in the morning, but my appointment was not recognised on the self check-in system. The receptionist was extremely helpful and managed to identify the error, (the appointment had been cancelled). It was arranged for me to see the specialist nurse 20 minutes later. The relief was immense! I struggle getting to appointments and was in considerable pain that morning. This member of staff is a real asset to the hospital. I am so very grateful for such kindness.
