Myself, my wife and my son Nicholas has been patient's of the Seaton Sluice practice for the last seven years.

In my personal experience one particular receptionist is without a doubt the most professional receptionist I have encountered both personally and professionally. She is able to deal with any problem and concern with exceptional professionalism but more importantly she makes you feel at ease with any concern you may have. An example would be when my dog passed away, I contacted the surgery thirty minutes later to establish if my medication was ready I unexpectedly got upset which was rather embarrassing but she managed to calm me down in a comforting and respectful way. My family and I agree she is brilliant!

Our primary doctor is is brilliant! He delivers first class treatment in a professional, person centred way. He always listens to your problems with both care and consideration and offers multiple options to effectively treat your condition. When ever your explaining your problem he actually listens. He is without a shadow of a doubt the best doctor i have ever encountered both personally and professionally. If you are prescribed a new medication he effectively titrates the dose to ensure you receive the optimal, therapeutic dose with minimal side effects. When my mental health (bipolar type 2) started to deteriorate he ensured I received the appropriate care I required from

CMHT. I honestly can't thank him enough.. Plus sense of style is pretty awesome.
