What I liked
Help given upon my arrival by the reception staff. Friendly nursing staff.
What could be improved
The attitude of the ENT consultant who I had been referred to by my GP was appalling. After the consultation, I felt that it could be summarised as "Go away and stop wasting my time". They were rude, unpleasant and dismissive of the reasons that I had been referred to them.
