I would like to apologise for the negative experience you have received at the practice. I would like to take this opportunity to give you a little bit more information about the regular clinical staff at Falmouth Road Surgery.

You are more than welcome to request to see a GP of your choice. If you are unsure who you have previously seen, a member of the Reception Team can check this for you.

Please feel free to ring the Surgery on 0207 407 4101 and ask to speak to myself, if you would like to discuss this further. We value patients’ feedback as this helps us in shaping our service to fit patients’ need. You can also come along to my weekly open surgery every Tuesday morning.
