Have had issues with renal since late 2018. And still no genuine attempt to resolve.
As someone with a chronic renal condition - absolutely shameful!

I have already discussed with you - and feel that it made zero difference.
You even told me a letter had been sent out to me in April - which I immediately confirmed was never ever received.
All that seems to happen is things get passed to the service - and then nothing ever seems to comes back.
I feel that it should be renal who are making some sort of attempt to discuss with me.
