Please answer your appointment line.
I needed some advice and wanted to cancel an appointment.
The line just rings and rings.
No matter when I call.
The NHS complains about failed attendance of appointments , well this department need to answer their phone lines to prevent this. Someone else may need my appointment but I can’t let you know.
