I suffer from late stage heart failure and recently had an extended stay at Nottingham City Hospital’s Oxton unit. The first thing I would say is that everyone on the ward is absolutely brilliant, the cleaners, the dinner servers, the HCA’s (specially fabulous) and the nurses deserve a pay rise and a medal! ! The doctors were brilliant with me, very nice and professional, but not stand offish. I would like to thank everyone for their patience and support. In my experience it is one of the best wards I have ever stayed in.
