About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

4E is a lovely ward, beautiful staff, patient care absolutely brilliant. Nursing staff really do go above and beyond.  Nothing ever a bother despite the nursing staff being extremely busy as it is such a busy ward with some seriously ill patients.... I really can not thank the nursing staff enough for the outstanding nursing care I am currently receiving....

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Bleu,

Thank you so much for this lovely accolade to the staff in ward 4E. I know that, through choice, we would not want to be in hospital, but if we need to be there, we need to feel like you do.

I will be happy to pass this lovely post to the 'outstanding nurses', you will make their day.
