(as the patient),

I was on the Elmstead Surgical Ward for a procedure at the end of June 2019. Every staff member I spoke to was so friendly and kind! I was very nervous before going into hospital, but the staff were all so friendly and amazing. I was incredibly happy with the service I received. Thank you to the surgeon, anaesthetist and all of the nurses and staff, you were all fantastic!
