After having long term anxiety issues linked with many instances (among them university, death of a loved one), I attended the Ealing IAPT to do Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Though initially I was anxious about the whole process, I have to say that without the help I wouldn’t have managed to get to where I am at now. I have gained multiple ways of dealing with my anxiety and stress without letting it control me. I would definitely recommend that people join and get help from the services. It will make a massive difference and allow you to benefit hugely in multiple ways
