Excellent care today at the ultrasound department, I was very impressed. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Waiting room clean and calm.

Clinician Susan Cunliffe was brilliant. I was made to feel important, and that she wanted to give me the best service possible. She was efficient, knowledgeable and was skilled at helping me to relax.

This is the NHS at it's best.
