I recently had an appointment at Pinn Centre Pinner for an ECG and planned treadmill test. The service I received was nothing short of exemplary both from the two ladies on clinic reception and the senior nurse who undertook the ECG. The senior nurse decided that a heart stress test would be appropriate and advised that I would receive notification of an appointment to attend St Mary's Hospital within two weeks. At the end of three weeks, not having received a communication, I called Pinn Centre clinic and the staff, again courteous and more than helpful, provided me with details of St Mary's Waller Cardiovascular Clinic administration. Contacting St Mary's I spoke to a young lady who established that a notification of appointment had been forwarded, through no fault of either Pinn Centre or St Mary's, to an old address.
The young lady at St Mary's provided me with all the details I required for my appointment. Since then the appointment had to be changed and again I was provided with first class service (i.e. phone call advising me, followed by letter to my home address). The staff that I have interacted with to date are undoubtedly consummate professionals and I can only assume that the standard of training and calibre of employee engaged across both the Penn Centre and St Mary's Clinic are of the highest quality. I am attending St Mary's on the 29 August 2019 wholly confident in the standard of medical care I will receive. In a world where we all are to quick to record complaints, it is genuinely a pleasure to record my sincere thanks to the NHS for service par excellence.
