"Hip replacement number 1"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 21-23)

(as a service user),

I was admitted to Ward 21 of the RAH for elective hip replacement. Every single member of staff I encountered was just so helpful and patient. The ward was extremely busy, with some ill, confused, patients, yet the nursing staff still took time to listen to each individual without feeling like they were rushing you. There’s not one member of staff, from domestic to physiotherapists, that I could fault. A credit to the NHS.
