"To say I was nervous is a understatement"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Today I had a Flexible Cystoscopy to say I was nervous is a understatement, but the staff from booking in to the actual procedure were kind and considerate, Dr Gray and his nurse were so kind and everything was explained to me, I then felt at ease, the procedure did not hurt and all was over within a few minutes. Good results too. Thank you staff
