Nurse made my 86 year old mother feel at ease. Very nice girl and pleasant. Her name is Kim.

Thank you for taking the time to add your lovely comment onto Care Opinion. Our Phlebotomy Service has just recently increased it's staffing and opening hours so it's great to hear some lovely feedback. I will make sure Kim is aware that she made a difference to your mother.
