Firstly I am very sorry that you did not receive a timely response to your request for information on cooking opportunities in the community. The Community Link Centre service works with service users who are admitted onto the southwark acute inpatient wards and therefore our information on community resources are limited, as they are based on individual need. We do not as a rule give out information on community resources in response to general enquires. Therefore in order to provide you with the relevant information this required me to investigate possible options. My intention for responding to your request was genuine; however on reflection I should have given you a time frame which would allow me to collate the relevant information.

I have now collated the information and hopefully you will have received the email that I sent you on the 9th July. I have also tried to call you on two occasions to apologise in person and to check that you have now received the information.
