I visited Grantham's ENT Department. The nurse working with my consultant told us that he was running late, but that did not matter to me. These things happen, so I waited patiently to be seen. The consultant was very approachable, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and was very sympathetic about my condition. I left my appointment feeling very satisfied. I would highly recommend Grantham's ENT department to anyone who may need it. It is first rate.
