A friend was recently admitted to ward A32 in Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbet. The care she received was superb. Although she was unresponsive staff were still interested in getting to know the person she was and hearing her story. The attention to detail in her care was particularly good. Even when she went on to end of life care staff included her in conversations. She was treated with the utmost respect and dignity; it was person centred care of the highest quality.

Thank you so much for taking the time, especially at what can be a very difficult time for friends and family, to share your very positive feedback on the care your friend received. I know the staff pride themselves in providing the best care possible and will be delighted with your feedback. End of life care is so important.
