Recived a text message when appointment was made, then text message 2 days prior, 1 day prior phone call reminder( even mentioned how much water I should drink).
Reptionist was friendly, reminded to register the car in order to avoid parking penalties.
Was seen on time by a particular member of staff, who was very professional, polite and gentle. Overall great experience.
