"49 marine avenue surgery 6 years review"

About: 49 Marine Avenue Surgery

The surgery used to be a first class and brilliant place to go for care. Lately especially in the last 12 months the care has fallen off and getting a appointment is as lucky as winning the lottery.

I don't even think they write in the notes any symptoms you have when you do contact and thus diagnosis goes undetected in further contacts.

I honestly feel they have far to many people on their books and this in turn is having effects on care and moral.

Contact is normally good with reception but lately some new girls have come on the desk one in particular good do with some training in empathy and respecting patients. Sometimes I get the feeling she can't be bothered with her abrupt attitude and yet on other days she can be ok.

I used to totally trust this surgery but now I'm planning on moving on as I don't feel assured. In the last 11 months important checkups and routine checks went undone and missed. Your also told to monitor the calender for yourself when tests and checks need to be completed. They obviously don't have a calendar or system in place to monitor or manetain Thier patients care? Imagine if I had dementia I would be in trouble?
