"The practitioner was professional, caring and encouraging"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Audiology

(as a service user),

I attended an audiology appointment today at University Hospital Crosshouse and received excellent care. I arrived early and was taken straight away. The practitioner was professional, caring and encouraging. I feel very happy with my overall experience.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
