About: Dr G Horton's Practice

I'm a woman in my 50s had a hysterectomy over 10 years ago I went in to speak to a doctor about this problem... and was told I dont deal with that I continued as I thought he was talking about something else he then raised him voice and said I said I dont deal with that area ...

For a doctor to not want to talk to me about my lady area is not acceptable and I feel really distrout about this I left feeling even worse then when I went in there... used this practice for 20+ years and these new doctors need some stern words and maybe some retraining how can you be a doctor and not deal with lady problems yet 80percent of the time us ladies go to the gp about our lady problem... not happy dont know what to do feel really ashamed that's how he made me feel

Dear valued patient, thank you for your recent posting which I have shared with the GP Partners and all the staff at the practice. On behalf of College Road Surgery, I would like to say how very sorry we are to hear of your recent experience. At this practice we always strive to provide high quality, compassionate, patient focused care in a safe, friendly environment. As the practice manager I would request that you contact me directly, so that we can deal with your complaint and the issues you have raised. We do take all complaints, feedback or comments very seriously. As we currently do not have enough information to identify you through the website, we cannot contact you directly, but do await a response from you. Yours sincerely, Roy Sellarajah, Practice Manager (On behalf of College Road Surgery).
