Appalling service from staff who were ignorant and uncaring. Left my elderly relative for hours in a chair in a room. I fully appreciate how busy the unit was however a bit of care, kindness and compassion goes a long way. Lack of communication was an understatement. They are far too quick in discharging patients who are clearly not well enough.
