(as the patient),

I have previously always made the longish trip into the Royal Liverpool phlebotomy service to get my bloods taken however on this occasion I made the trip to the Halewood walk in centre and I will be doing so again.

After a fairly short wait (and certainly less than the drive would have taken) I was seen by Katherine who was efficient without being intimidating, in fact I would go so far as to say charming.

Subsequently I have suffered almost no bruising which is very unusual.
