(as a relative),

We would like to thank all the staff at Wishaw hospital and especially Dr Quong (sorry if the spelling of your name is wrong). The care, time and advice you offered our family allowed us to care for our family member and make decisions which gave him the opportunity to return home and receive end of life care there. Dr Quong has a wonderful manner and provides clear information in a very sensitive and respectful way. We cannot thank Dr Quong and his staff team enough. Thank you.

Many thanks for taking the time to post feedback on the care your family member received whilst being treated here University Hospital Wishaw. I am delighted to hear that the plans made here by the clinical team permitted a return home for supportive end of life treatment.

Your positive comments are very welcome and I will ensure they are fed back to the team and Dr Kwong Tsang, whom you have personally named. I know he will be personally delighted to read this care opinion post.
