First thing - using the term "moan" makes clear how seriously you take patient feedback.
Second thing - car parking. I can't think of any organisation other than the NHS where users (customers) are treated less favourably than staff. Staff should be required to park furthest away from the facility, patients should be given priority.
Currently, it's the opposite, with consultants getting the best spaces and patients having to walk the furthest.
It's not a difficult concept - unless, that is, the organisation is run for the benefit of the people who work there rather than the people who use it and pay their wages. The NHS will continue to decline as long as it remains producer centred.
