I went in on Friday after registering and tried to book an appointment at the desk but was told they can’t do that I have to call Monday morning at 8 am.

So here I am today calling them at 8 and have been trying to for the last 40 minutes just to constantly get user busy! Meaning the phones off the hook! I mentioned it was for my mental health which I said was get very bad and that I need to regain my therapist. But no here I am no answers and not even ringing I think I’ll find a different gp please avoid

Dear Patient, thank you for your observations. I am disappointed that you did not contact the practice manager to discuss this rather than choosing to post a negative online posting of our surgery when, as you state, you have only been with us as a patient 1 day. We have other different ways of booking appointments such as online and 24hr phoneline, instead of phoning at 8am on a very busy Monday morning. We also have a triage service which would have dealt with your urgent clinical need on the same day as calling. In future can you please consider the above options before posting negative feedback.
