"Nice clean modern surgery-the people let it down "

I’ve never been seen one time, at best they’ve been 30 minutes late, the receptionists are usually rude, the doctors don’t really care and I’ve had one look up symptoms on the internet, and they (on two occasions) have got my appointment time wrong. The surgery is lovely and modern and lots of seats in the waiting area. I can’t fault the midwives, however I don’t believe they belong to the actual surgery.
