I was a patient in the endoscopy unit of the Nottingham City Hospital. Although the car parking facilities were poor, everything else about my experience was very good. The standard of care from the medical and nursing teams was more than satisfactory, and I was seen without delay. I felt I was treated with respect and dignity.
