"She helped with a lot of things"

About: Ladybrook Children's Centre

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Parent wrote that the biggest different Family Support had made was "Helping with food parcels and DWP.  Giving me advice around toileting and I know I can do it because my daughter has used the potty.  Ann didn't make me feel uncomfortable, my child really liked her.

I am glad Ann came out, she helped with a lot of things when she only came out to support me with toileting."

Thanks for sharing your expereince of family support with Ann, it sounds like it has been really beneficial and that you have been implementing the advise, which is great to read.

Keep it up and please get in touch if you feel you need support with anything in the future.

Kind regards

Debbie
