"Bad experience at Ormskirk hospital on the Gynaecology ward"

I feel I received a bad service from the nurses I saw at the Gynaecology ward. I observed what I consider to be poor team work, I really didn't feel the nurses worked as a team.

I found one of the nurses communication skills very poor and I felt they breached confidentiality. I over heard nurses talking about other patients, such as referring to patients as 'hardwork'. I also over heard a couple of nurses talking about me, which I found intimidating and unprofessional.
