I would like to extend our gratitude and thanks for all the care you provided my late mother. My whole family would also like to extend their thanks. My mother has also left behind a 9 year old adopted son and he would also like to say ‘thank you for looking after mummy and we appreciate it’.
This is a truly trying and challenging time and I know you all worked flat out during my mother’s admission.
I would specifically like to highlight the excellent nursing care that was provided to my mother. It was dedicated, and kind and of a high quality. This was in the face of huge pressures caused by the pandemic. They were all absolutely fantastic and a credit to the nursing profession.
I would also like to extend my thanks to the doctors, consultant and juniors. The ward clerk was also very patient and understanding fielding my daily phone calls for updates.
Thank you again. I am also a surgical registrar on the north east London rotation and I hopefully may be a future colleague. It’d be a true honour to work with you all.
"Compliments for care provided to my late mother"
