What I liked
My son was admitted onto the Hartpury Suite for a procedure in August 2012. On this ward the staff worked together as a team and they did not sit behind a nurse’s station all the time. They were always on their feet and doing something to help the patient and the relatives. They were so kind. The experience was great and it was just how nursing should be or used to be. Some of the other wards could learn from this team.
What could be improved
Nothing at all.

It was an excellent experience. Thank you so much to all of you who work on the Hartpury Suite.
