"Good care but understaffed at Nottingham City Hospital"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was a patient on Harvey 1 of the Nottingham City Hospital for a blood transfusion. The best thing about how I was treated was the nursing staff - the standard of nursing care was good.

However, there was a lot of time spent on the ward waiting for visits from the doctors. I realise that they have a lot to do, so maybe the hospitals should be employing more doctors to solve this problem.
