"First class team"

About: Mansfield & Ashfield Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

The team have all been fantastic, first class.

They couldn't do enough for me - I'm not the easiest person to sit and talk to but everyone has done. They all deserve a pay rise!

Kelvin was my favourite, he know exactly how to talk to me. I don't want different people coming. I would like to keep you all!

You even left when I got fed up and wasn't feeling like chatting.

My role at Notts Healthcare is about working together with service users, carers, volunteers and staff to listen to your stories and feedback about care experiences. It's important to find out what we do well and also how you think our Trust can improve. This means our teams become more aware of how they are doing and together we can make improvements where possible. We really do want to hear from you and we reply to every story.

Dear requirementcb76

Firstly, sorry for the delay in responding to your lovely feedback. It was so good to hear that the team were 'first class'!. I will let the team know about your story and that you think they deserve a pay rise!

I will pass on your comments to Kelvin who will be pleased to hear he made such a difference.

With kind regards

Jane
